Like the quote by Alain de Botton, perhaps bringing specialness to these moments through design is what we pursue as our goal. In spaces composed of empathy, people can feel happiness and enjoy the atmosphere. Such spaces can bring up happy memories from the past and also provide fresh new experiences.
